plastic vibration

can anybody tell me what part of the plastic up front by the head light vibrates? its realy making me crazy i cant find were it is.

Do you have a Uly? My windscreen rumbles like crazy right around 2000 RPM. It's just telling me that I should never be riding that slowly.:D

Hi thanks for posting back .yeah i think that its apart of that and somthing else but your right it does do it at about that rpm and she does not like going that slow. yes i have a Uly and i am the only one around here that does. she rocks.

well i found out today that one of the screws that holds on the headlight bracket was gone so i had to order five of them not just one anyone need one?

To sactown, I just fixed mine on sat. Its the horn vibrating. Take off the fly screen and check it out. I installed a small nylon washer about .020 thick.

perfect.I went to my dealer and mentioned the noise.he told me that others had the problem.when i told him it was the horn and he took a look at it.
He fixed it and no more noise.

Thanks for letting me know. I was actually going to post with the same question about my 06 Uly. Now I know what I need to do.

Mine did the same thing, it was the horn vibrating against the plastic above the headlights. had to remount horn in a better location.

My mechanic placed a silver dollar size rubber pad between the horn and the cowl. He did'nt even have to take off the cowl. No more noise.

I fixed my `06 uly. It was the electrical plugs touching on the horn cable tied (zip ties) them together on the guage support bracket.
