I just went thru this on my 06 uly n it turned out it wasnt even the covers leaking but the o-rings on the push rod covers so just be aware if your gonna go as far as dropping the motor to do cover gaskets just go ahead and get head gaskets and o-rings too or you'll wish you had later, as far as gaskets I just went to my Harley dealer and ordered everything

Buell uses silicone rocker box gaskets. Unfortunately they’re not high temp silicone gaskets.

A hot spot forms on the left rear side of the rear rocker box cooking the lower temp silicone rocker box gasket across about a two inch length. Every gasket gets cooked and will leak sooner or later.

The best way to stop future leaks is by sealing the two rocker box mating surfaces with Hylomar Gasket/Flange Sealant, (inside and outside of the gasket). You can coat the gasket as well but that’s just a waste of Hylomar.
