Going to install rocker box gaskets and intake seals. Any other suggestions while I have it apart?

How far apart are you taking it?

Just rotating engine to get to rear rockerbox and pulling off intakes.

You could clean your intake, it could have buildup.

I'm doing this same thing here in the next couple weeks to replace both rocker box gaskets and intake seals.
i decided to also do plugs and wire will I'm in there and some will suggest you can do pushrod O rings at the same time

to do pushrod orings you have to remove the head. that involves head gaskets and base gaskets. Maybe new piston rings if you pull the piston out of the cylinders. I would recommend leaving the head on unless it needs to be removed.

It is very convenient to change spark plugs though while you have the engine rotated.

I did get a set of push rod o rings cause I have a leak in the rear rocker base gasket. I read in a post I should change the top ones since i will be taking off the rocker box off the head. I also have symptoms of a intake leak so I'm going to put a set of James seals on the intakes.

Seems like a lot of leaks for 11k but I guess that's the price you pay for having a unique motorcycle hopefully the new and improved gaskets will do the trick.

You cant change the push rod o rings without removing the head?

Very Happy with myself, It took me about three weekends but I have my 07 Uly back on the road. Installed new Rocker box and cover gaskets on both cylinders. Installed genuine James intake gaskets, wrapped some more of my wiring harness and re rerouted my breather mod, put the filter under the airbox hopefully will vent the pressure quicker. I wasn't expecting a performance boost but I think I gained a few hp. The old intake gaskets apparently were leaking ever since I bought it because it runs much smoother and has a lot more bottom end kick. Before I changed the intake I would get a really bad vibration usually after a long high speed run, that has gone away now. I also installed the right side scoop $60bucks well spent. I also decided to put front pads on I wish I had ordered some, thought i was lucky when the Harley shop had them in stock until he hit me up for 70bucks ouch.
