Will i need to do anything else to my bike after i have theses parts installed? Will it increase my horsepower? The harley shop where these parts is being installed said that my bike will recognize these parts and tweek itself?

What year/model is your bike? The '08-newer have an ECM that will compensate for the added airflow of intake & exhaust. '07-older you would need to reset TPS & remap the ECM to keep from running your bike lean. Here's a link with more info: ECM Remap for Slip-on (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Firebolt-XB12-XB9/ecm-required-with-a-slip-on)

would say your ecm will more or less compensate for the exhaust but not for the race filter and certainly not both. ;)

difference in hp, no...

you'll feel that your midrange will be more powerfull (torque) and you'll hear the difference.

Do the Jardin pipe have a good sound? Is there any different headlight bulbs that you can put in, like a blue?
