ECM Question (RT-4 Pipe)

I have been poking around, but I can't seem to find a thread that talks about this; I am getting Deans RT-4 (can't wait!) and I am just trying to find out which one of EBRs ECM would be best. I have read threads where people have used Dean's RT-3 ECM, as well as the EBR Race ECM.

I have already heard good things about both, I am just hoping to find someone who has used BOTH with the RT-4 and call tell me the difference in HP/TQ, temp, MPG, etc...

Since I am keeping stock headers for now, I was told (thanks Dean) that the RT-3 ECM would work best. If I get bigger headers or if ERB gets a RT-4 ECM I will update with any changes.
