XT for X suspension swap anyone?

I've brought this up in past threads and would have revived my old one but couldn't find it... So is there any one who may be interested in putting xb12x suspension on their XT? The XT suspension is ~1" lower than the X suspension at least that's what everything I've read has shown me. I'm a pretty short guy, especially compared to most Ulysses riders and the lower suspension would really help me out and finally complete the list of mods I've had for this bike since I bought it. So, if anyone wants to swap (low miles stuff) or sees any salvage parts let me know!

I saw that thread oh9bolt, that's what got me thinking about it again. How confident are you of it being an XT shock (im not sure what they are supposed to measure)? And what is the condition?
