Yes this topic has been beat to death but i called Mchenry HD
a Buell friendly dealer and it's 698.71 for a new stator.Even the parts guy was laughing......

Wish I had seen that option before I bought one from Rick;s. That one looks like it is much higher quality. Don't waste money on a new stator if you don't also replace the rotor.

Yeah I saw your pic of the one from Rick's..not impressed to say the least. How much did the one from Rick's run ya?

Just got mine from Rick's on Monday. It is beefier and way nicer than the original one. I ordered the rotor, gasket, rotor nut, and tool from EBR yesterday. Can't wait to get it installed and get the bike back on the road. :) Very happy with Rick's. Even the HD dealer I go to recommended them.

The Rick's stator was roughly the same price as the one currently listed on eBay.
