40mm cv manual choke no tps

Let's see if I can get this right. My brother has a 2001 blast. I have a 40mm cv manual choke keihin. It's off an older Harley. No TPS hook up. Is there a mod to run this carb without the TPS? I know the TPS helps control the timing. This carb also has an accelerator pump. Is this going to be a problem?

What's wrong with your brother's Blast's carb?

No, you can't run the carb without a TPS if you want the bike to run reliably at all and there is no mod or workaround.
