Want to buy XB9R, XB9SX - DC Metro

I've been riding a Buell Blast for the last year. I'm ready to upgrade to a bigger bike and I really want a XB9R or XB9SX in the DC area. I'm willing to go upto 50 miles either side of DC metro area and pick up the bike. My budget is $3500.
