I could use the K&N but, what's the difference between the K&N and the Race/Performance?

I don't see any and believe is the same to clean it as the K&N.

Yes...the 'Race' filter is a K&N .

Oh, hey I appreciate that but I'm a little tight on cash! I do for sure need a K&N filter ASAP because my "Race" filter was on this bike when I bought it 8,000 miles ago and is really dirty and oily from the lack of the breather reroute mod. I'll get back with you as soon as I can scrape up some cash!
