A T-27 Screw has seemed to vibrate itself out of my chin fairing. Does anyone know if I can order another one on buellparts.net? I found one that says shoulder screw but I can't see the top of the bit so I'm not sure if it's the right one.

^^^^^^^ great info as usual there. you can also remove the 4 bolts from the air box base and replace them with standard much cheaper bolts of identical size and diameter....and use them for the chin fairing and air box cover. they are all the same.

I'll send you some, buy other parts to cover shipping.

Be sure to put a dab of clear finger nail polish on the threads. Doesn't hold as tight as loctite, but keeps the screws/bolts from working their way out as you ride.

I ended up switching all T-27 bolts to more common stainless steel hex bolts since so many seemed to vibrate out. I also liked the look of the stainless over the black. Just another option.

I've got standard (XB) & fine thread (1125)
Also got just about every XB bolt/mount made in good used condition.

If you ever need larger parts I can usually throw in a couple bolts if needed.
