I would say it is possible but not easy. An average Buell is going to run high 11's, low low 12's. They just don't have the top end needed fir the quarter mile.

My best run with all the times is posted in the forum just do a quick search for quarter mile times.

I do only have a 900 and was new to riding when the times were recorded but if you know your 1/4 mile data you can see other than through my 60ft not much to gain. If you could get into the 10's you are looking at 120mph and Buells just lack power that high. Again it is possible to do anything but unless you are willing to fork out some big money I doubt you would be able to do what you want.

A small turbo with some low boost could do it but it comes to know how and or money. The turbo won't hurt the bike up to a point but everything is a balancing act when you want power and reliability together.

Spray is the biggest bang for the buck. But!

As have found since I have spray on my truck it loses its luster after a while since it isn't all the time power unless you have an endless pocket but there is still constent fill ups especially with such a small bottle as for a bike.

It would work if you only wanted the added power now and then but consistent power it is not.

You can go and buy an old KAWI or 80's gxxr for less than 4000 and run 8-9's with little or no extra work.

Big Bore Kit, Primary Gearing, Chain Drive, Detachable Wheelie Bar. A combination of those should get you in the 10's easy just have to put the work in and you'd still have a reliable canyon killer.[up][up]

spray is just not the way to go man if your going to keep crusing. When you use spray your engine is hot and when you put really cold air in. It will eventually tear your valves and other engine componets. but hey thats the advice of a 16year old haha[smirk]
