my 06 ulg pings when it's hot out side. i brought it the the local dealer and they said there was nothing wrong with it. i live in hartford ct. any 1 know someone local that can help me out? or suggestions?

I assume your using premium gas, have you tried getting gas somewhere else? Sounds like detonation, sometimes better or higher octane gas will cure this.

this has been talked about here numerous times. i for one have had no luck with any dealers and am in the process of getting a custom remap to solve this problem among others. you might try the search function to see some suggestions from others.

in short, make sure you have good quality synthetic oil, good plugs (good ignition = cooler running engine), good fuel.
still a problem?
remap ecm with custom map & check ignition timing.
