07 xb12s surges,coughs,backfires.

Hi guys,just took my savings and bought my xb12s loved everything except the way the motor runs below 2000 rpm,What ever happened to a bike running smooth from 1000rpm to 7000rpm is this to hard for todays tech.most all other sport bikes deliver smooth power.this is my 14 bike,I have 250miles on it,is there hope for this beast to smooth out or should I give up,please help thanks flyboy

Buells run like crap below 2k rpm, period. As far as coughing and sputtering see my post breather hose re-route. That should help alot.

I am backing up now the buell is starting to run right,only a cough when shes cold. glad I stayed with it many thanks to this web site
