Sprag clutch replaced not working

I replaced Sprag clutch reassembled and now it just spins no engagement. Any suggestions

Are you sure you have the correct side facing out. take the rotor cover back off, unbolt the rotor from the gear behind it. ^ bolts if I remember correctly and try to spin the gear both ways. Does it lock up one way and not the other. Free spin the correct way?

^ Im with logix, the sprag can be slipped in either way sounds like its backward.
