I saw the bike for like .5 seconds from a distance and I can say with 100% confidence..... no.

Definitely not an EBR, cut out in upper fairing does look like the new Honda RC , if so, in that trim the bike is like $185 grand...

Honda has a v4, that is a i3 or 4 bike in the video. Clutch line goes in from bottom, only one bike has that & sounds that deep -new R1
