aftermarket starter?

Does anyone make a starter that is better the the original oem starters. I do believe mine is going out again. I replaced it about two years ago, I know why I had to replace that one . But this one is a mystery to me. So if I have to replace it agian I want to put a better one in if possible.
My bike is an 02 thunderbolt s3.

I have had very good luck with the OE stuff though?

Are you sure the starter is the problem? Have you replaced the cables (wires) ? It could be as easy as that.

A proper diagnosis would be prudent.
