Quick technical question....

Just bought an 03 xb9r, just curious if you can swap the motor off my 04 xb12r onto the transmission of this xb9r?

I know tuning and ecms swapped and all that, just curious if it's possible and how hard

The motor and transmission are one unit. You'll have to split the cases the swap the trans. Lots of work. The trans are the same from 03-05. The motors are a direct swap.

Ok Ty. I'll have to see if there are any guides on splitting the cases. Would be a good project for this winter
