02 m2 cyclone belt broke!!!

how bad is it to change? got a service manual but its a little vague.... how long should it take???

Bowman,
The hardest part is getting the swingarm isolators back up between the frame, which if you are going to have off anyway you should replace them. The other part that may be difficult are the four bolts that hold the swing arm block to the tranny, the top two can be a real bear to get loose/ then retightened. other than that pretty easy job, did it in my garage with the bike sitting on three jack stands, one under each rider peg mount, and the third on the front heim joint.
