I have an Edelbrock muffler on my xb12 and love the way it sounds. It has started to deteriorate, and I'd like to get another one like it, but can't find them any where. Anyone know where to get one of these or know of an after market muffler that sounds badass?

Never heard of a factory replacement Edelbrock muffler for the XB, but I have a Buell Race Muffler for sale $350 shipped.

Dave_xb12r just posted about a New Latus exhaust check it out. It is made by Edelbrock and I am guessing is the one you have and want to replace.

Oh and they are no longer produced as the Race mufflers either so that is why it is so hard to find it.

You can see the race muffler has the dual outlet also.

The latus exhaust used an Edelbrock RPM series 5504 muffler. The 5514 is the same muffler, but has a flange on the dual outlets. If you come across either muffler you can make your own, but as previously said they are no longer in production both Latus and the RPM muffler series.

Some have used MagnaFlow, Flowmaster, and other muffler brands to make their DIY latus style muffler. I happened to come across a 5514 for $40 shipped, but that was around 10 months ago.

Here is a link to pictures and video of my exhaust. http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Lightning-XB12S-XB12Ss-CityX-XB12Scg/My-homemade-Latus-exhaust-pics
