Do you think the XT seat is too hard?

Any XT owners find the seat to be too hard or is it just me? I rode it from Norfolk, VA to Myrtle Beach and it was the worse 8 hours of my life. I test rode an STT and loved the cushion it provided.
How does the 06 X seat feel? I'm 6'3" so the height wouldn't bother me.
Is it possible to swap the X seat with other Buell models?

All S model seats are interchangable, minus the Ss Or Stt since they have longer seats.

My girl has the stock Scg and I have the Street Fighter seat and there is a difference but not a night and day since they are both designed for the "Low" model. The street fighter seat is the same but it has a thin gel pad on the top of the seat to make it a little more comfortable.

The taller the seat the more padding, so if you can handle the added height go as thick as you wish.

I use an AirHawk on mine and extended rides without much discomfort.

I had a sheepskin cover made at an upholstery company.

works great and we use it for long distance trips.
