Nice ;)[up]

But I think chin fairing brackets would definitely be a plus

Likely start fabing those once i find a way to keep the front brace i built from braking i had a hellish vibration at 4600 rpm on the way home noticed it broke my strap agian [confused]
guess i need some kinda rubber mount there have an idea see if i have one tomorow
check the fuel milage on the way home still knocking down 46 with alot idling and fairley hard riding

I think it is very close to stock loction and sqaure it took a ton of time and alot extra bracing
(welds on one side broke first try)
But i am happy

don't mount in on or with a rubber, you'll tear your headers or the front mounting point.

i would clean up the welds @ the tips, polish or coat it.

hey rt what kind of flowmaster did you use. i have been thinkin about doin that idea for a while now,or just fabing one out if scratch. its kinda hard find a gutted picture of a flow master online.

I had to add some hose to the front mount thats what kept braking just a piece of hose inside where it goes through the block.

it was a 40 series 3" came off my ex wifes truck
it has 3 v's in it
you would need alot more metal fab equitment to make the rolled edges i removed about 1.5"'s from each side then built end caps.
then when i got all finished being i put 2-2.5 tips on it was way loud.
so i dropped 2.5 washers with 1" holes in each tip and welded them in.
the sound is good and preformance from my but tune after meglog and ecm spy tuning says there is a good improvment.
this took a ton of time to do apprx.
7 hours to narrow and rebuild the muffler
4 hours to build the chin fairing mounts
But to make you bike sound and have a one of a kind look it was time well spent:)
