I have recently fitted a Quill EVO 2 exhaust to my 07 XB12 Ss. At the same time I fitted a Piper air filter and a Remus Powerizer. I have so far ridden about 100 miles since fitting this kit and I am finding that the bike is still popping on the over run when warm. The bike has covered about 2000 miles in total - which I have really enjoyed. Do I need to have any further work done or just ride it a little more to see if the management system learns the fuelling for the new exhaust. I am obviously concerned about the bike running too lean and doing some expensive damage.

How many miles have you ridden so far with the Powerizer & mods on the bike?

I have only done about 30 miles with the powerizer fitted. I have done about 150 miles with the exhaust and air filter

Well you really shouldn't be riding it until you dyno it so see where your numbers are.

This guy's thread shows his dealings with the Powerizer. Some in the thread took up to 60-100 miles to notice a difference. Remus Powerizer (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-1125R/remus-powerizer-POS)

If you give it that long and still see no improvement, you may have to get an Xopti or ASB re-map on your ECM. The Powerizer may not be able to compensate with that can?

personally i don't believe in it...

but here's a good info thread:
effects remus powerizer - dobeck tfi (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Lightning-XB12S-XB12Ss-CityX-XB12Scg/Remus-Powerizer-VS-Doebeck-and-others)

also, you should do a tps reset with the tfi/powerizer disconnected. ;)
