Hello everyone, I am Chinese, I have purchase an 05 blast,with 5350 miles on it. Almost not buell around me. Therefore urge you to give advice: Every time when I shift from one gear to 2 gear, always hear a loud sound compared with some Japanese bikes, if stay in the gap wait until the engine speed to low and then shift into the 2 gear will silent, does it normal?

Yes normal. Buell's shift much harder than Japanese bikes. All my friends bikes (Japanese) shift much quieter and smoother than my Buell.

I'll find buell's gearbox way much precise than jap bikes, raw sound tells about tough components;)

The clutch could be out of adjustment.. I had a blast back in the day and I would have to adjust it all the time.
