If you're using ECMspy, there is an option to disable it. You can remove it after you make the change in the ECM.

If you are handy you can make up your own exhaust valve emulator

Or you can buy one from ABS for $45

Using ECMSpy, disable the "Exhaust servo" option and rip it all out is a good option - or zip-tie it out of the way. The exhaust emulators have a rep. for failing pre-maturely.

Here's the download for ECMSpy: ECMSpy Download (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Do-It-Yourself-Buell-Mods/ECM-Spy-Download)

ECMSpy.com or Ebay for cable.

Post up for pre-made maps.
