Spare a thought for the dealers

Ok, I know a bunch of us have been pissed off at the H-D dealers from time to time but there are a lot of dealers who are going to hurt over the loss of Buell as well. I got my bike at Privateers H-D,Buell in Halifax Nova Scotia and had it shipped to me in Ontario. I spoke with Mary from there the other day and they'ye soooo pissed. Apparently Buell accounted for around 20% of their sales, 40 or so bikes a year. Think your company could take a hit like that?

I agree Wayne, the Dealers suffer too. They'll no doubt be called on for service and parts for a while but the impact of losing a main brand has to hurt...

I know Trev Deeley's in Vancouver are pissed too - they seemed to be proud of their association with Buell and I always found their Buell service awesome. The service manager (Kimberley) has a background in Buells. I just hope they continue to sell parts and offer service for years to come.
