What is THRASHING on a Uly?

I have had my Uly a little over 2 weeks now and I am really getting the hang of it now. But I do have a quick question.

On my last bike, a ZX-9R I would try to keep my revs up between 4000 - 5000, the bike ran nicly at this level. But the ZX-9R Red lined at about 12000.

What sort of revs would be normal round town riding, with out thrashing it?

I wasn't sure if 4000 - 5000 was to high as it red lines at 7000.

between 3000 & 4000

aslong as you are not redlining it all the time, you are using the bike for what it's built.

Great, Thanks for that. I had found my self going up a gear, although there is tones of pull even in a higher gear, there is a bit more fun when you are in the lower ones.

3000 - 4000 it is then. :D
