I am fairly new here and felt that I should establish my presence, as small as it might be. I live in Ewa Beach, Island of Oahu, Hawai'i and am doing my part to establish the Buell presence out here. We only have like one maybe two buell dealers out here and they don't really have a big supply of these beasts anymore. The biggest dealer only had 7 new bikes and one used Blast when I was in there earlier this week.

I ride my baby everyday and am getting up there in the miles (Just over 7000). I have seen a few others out and about, but not here lately (so lonely[sad]).

Mods so far:
Buell air box cover
Buell tail bag
Buell traction grips
Black XB9SX handlebars w/ the black bar brace (on order)
XB9SX headlight grill (on order aswell)
Pazzo adjustable racing levers
Michelon pilots
CRG bar-end mirrors
Frame pucks
Full header wrap on the exhaust
I painted the engine cage and various other little parts black.
Black micro cat-eye turn signals (eBay cheapies that are brite as the sun)
Front and rear axle sliders

Mods to come:
Have the wheels and as many parts as I can powder coated black.
Jardine exhaust
Remapped ECM or the Race ECM
K&N Filter

I am trying for a unique theme here. I will keep the yellow body work but try to get every thing I can into a coat of black. I've done the chrome thing before on my '55 Triumph Thunderbird chopper and want to hit the other end of the spectrum with this bike. I will replace the air box decals with the new 2007 black ones as soon as I can get my hands on some.

The last pic is of when I had to have the transmission fixed. Second gear welded itself to the shift fork and exploded when I shifted back into second gear. This event happened about a hundred miles after I bought my baby.

Welcome, only 7 new buells at the dealer [confused]. I'm only 4 hours from the factory and the most I've ever seen at my 2 closest dealers is 4 (counting used ones). Buell dealers here just plain s*** a**![mad]

There were more Big Dog Choppers, BMC Choppers, Iron Horse Choppers and Piaggio/ Vespa scooters in thier own little groups than Buells. And about 60 H-D's in various forms and a bunch of Kawasaki's. They even had one of those Piaggio MP3's. It's a three wheeled scooter that has a very interesting front suspension set-up. It's a wierd little thing. Google it.
