I wish I had something to share. I have been reading about ecmspy has maps for the xb bikes, just wondering if anyone has been working on the 1125. See if there is a way to control the low end surging a little better.

I would think there would be a need with the aftermarket exhausts and how they change things, especially fuel/air ratio.

Anyone know if the Buell has a closed loop 02 system with the lamda probe in one of the exhausts? Newer Ducatis have this and with aftermarket exhausts the bikes run leaner. Previously, this condition was rectified with a new ECU ($$$) and maps, etc. But with the introduction of the FatDuc manipulator ($80) device, there is no need to go the expensive route anymore. The FatDuc fools the ECU into thinking richer. I put it on my stock Multistrada since they come from the factory a little on the lean side anyways. Even without an aftermarket exhaust the improvement was remarkable at low speeds. No surging or notchiness, no popping. Smooth application of VTwin power down low.

Goggle FatDuc for more info
