Hello All,

Last weekend I crashed my 2007 xb12r on circuit and the shifter shaft is broken and all the bolts and linkage are very scratched. I just bought all the spares but I do not see clearly how to replace the parts because of the scratched ones. Could you send me service manual pages to do the repair?

Thanks a lot guys,

Frank,

The service manual is online in PDF Format... look at the top of the page on the main Buellxb.com forum.

I've replaced mine before, and it was smooth and had no issues.

HOWEVER, my beast shook the bolot out that holds the shifter. Took me three weeks to get the sleeve...

Anyway...the manual says that bolt should be torqued to 22-24 ft lbs. Problem is at that torque setting the lever won't return to center. Anyone else have this problem?
