Is there an option other than the dealer to buying the 1125 service manual for $60? If there are no options then so be it, I need one.

I got mine through Chicago Harley online, they are $48 plus shipping but no sales tax. Best deal I could find, only I got the Uly manual. Just cut and paste your part # in the box on the front page

I bought one from Rocklin HD in Rocklin Ca today. $46 OTD, they were having a 15% off sale.
