i was at the dealership last night looking for some stuff and there wasn't any price break on their buells, kind of surprised me. i would say anything under MSRP.

If you look on the websites of Big Sky Harley in Great Falls MT, and High Desert Harley in Boise Idaho you can get new 1125R for $6500, Firebolts for $7500, Lightnings for $7000 to $7500!! Check out their sites. Big Sky Harley is the cheaper of the two.

Hey that guy looks familiar! ;)

To answer the question....I think if you find one for around $7K you would be doing good.

You can even work them down a bit considering they are getting a $5,000 rebate from Harley for each Buell they sell. I would try to get whatever they are asking for an OTD price.

I brought my CR in 10/09 - like four days after the sad news. HD dealership (Seattle, WA) lowered to $6,495 - will not go any lower. They sold averaging (and I believe it) of 5 buells a day - no bargaining whatsoever.

Bolt I wish we could have kept them all! They were all spoken for and 03firebolt and I put it all together in less than a few hours. 10 hour drive one way, 7 1125's and one weekend, probably would do it all over again for that price.

Wish you could do it again-I'd be all over that![smirk]

The one in Tyler doesn't have very good prices. They're discounted but not the full $5k. However, the longer it sits, the more dust it collects.

I know the guy in Tyler does not want to deal I think i am going to get the one in N.M.

Just got the Harley sold last week, so I was able to Pick up a new 09 1125 cr for $6750 out the door! There arent too many left around my neck of the woods. Had to drive 3 hours each way and a day of vacation to get it, but I think its worth it!. Now I have the CR and 09 xb12Ss sitting where my Hog use too and I like it! :)

I broke my right foot and tore the Achilles tendon in my left foot in a work accident. I will not be on the bike for awhile... maybe not all summer who knows.

I have a 2009 Buell 1125CR in red with only 20 miles on it if anyone is interested in driving to Illinois to get one. I also have some stuff I've picked up over the winter that would go with it (manuals, filters, o-rings and washers, XT pegs, high bars and cables, buckle gaurd, and spare plugs).

I think I financed around $7,000 (not sure right now) and have made five payments so far. If anyone wanted to pay off HD financing they could take it home with them.

I hate to get rid of it, but I also hate for it to just sit here for another year. At least I have enjoyed looking at it.
