Thats basically what the cost anywhere. They are one of the only high end carbon dealers for our bikes. Unfortunately for the 1125 you dont have any other option except for the airbox, fender, and tail. You can get those from ebay, but arent nearly as nice.

I am going to pick up one of those heat shields eventually. I have a carbon fender, and carbon jardine. I just bought the heel guards that go on the swing arm also off ebay. So I am just going for accents, that's all I can afford!

I am with you Jornum. A bit here and there. I got a nut gaurd from ASB and have been looking at those same heel guards and fender. IMO inexpensive carbon looks better than plastic.

True it does look better than plastic! Thats all I want is the accents. I like the front pulley guard, they seem to be the only one that makes one. Its still early in the game though.

I have two coupon codes for dieselmoto, BBOARD10 and if that one doesn't work try USAUSA. The guy who owns the company is Tom Zipprian. He's a great guy and stands behind the products he sells. I had a tech question about one of his products and called the number on his business card. He actually answered the phone himself and assisted me immediately over the phone and answered all of my questions. He will work with you if you have a special need concerning his product line too.

wow that very cool, I had the same experience with ASB when Al answered the phone.

knowing that I will look further into Diesel for sure. I am fairly sure that I have a Diesel tail chop on my bike and have zero complaints. In fact I prefer it to most others because its METAL.

I just put the black diesel tail chop on. it fit perfect, looks great and i don't have to worry about it breaking. only issue I had was putting my turn sigs int he holes were a bit small (so were the holes on my stock tail) so i took a round file to them for about 5 mins and all was well.

Nuage420b, the tech question I called to ask him was about the same issue of the hole diameters for the turn signals. He actually measured the hole diameter using the caliper while I was on the phone with him. His specs for the holes are border line too tight for my turn signal connectors to pass through. He told me if they are too tight, to just put masking tape over the holes to protect the exterior finish from metal shavings and just use the drill bit to open it up some to the size I needed. That's what I was already going to do, but wanted to make sure that it wouldn't chip the paint or something weird like that.

yea i didn't even bother to tape it off, the paint and finish was fine i just filed it down blew the shavings off and was done. would of used a drill but didn't have one available. I do need to call and find out what paint he used, I want to paint the tail rails to match the chop. I know it's designer black but don't know what brand.

Good to go, whatever works for you and gives you quality results is all that matters. That extra little masking step was just a little added insurance, but not really needed.

I just checked and that coupon code is USAUSA it works on all the products and saves you 10%. That really adds up in savings, especially if some of you guys want to purchase those high quality carbon parts or exhuast systems.

Good find, I may need to buy that heat shield sooner then later.
I like the idea of the cf buckle guard too. I remember seeing that on ASB.
