For the tail you can get the diesel-moto fender

diesel-moto (http://www.diesel-moto.com/newproducts/xb/buell-xbs-fender-eliminator.html)

and xb lights has a tail light with blinkers

xblights (http://www.xblights.net/products.html) [up][up]

LLeubbx it is a 1125.
if you really want to sink the plate way under just pull the rear fender and signals just the 3 t27 where it mounts.
Build a filler panel fairly simple.
Plexi glass or some thick plastic .
Build a couple L bracket and mount the plate or just bolt it to the under tray
I just made a filler out of plex and bolted my fire bolt plate frame (has the turn signal mounts on it).
in hind sight i used 1/4 plex which didn't shape well.
You can get 1/16" or 1/8" plastic at hobby shops and cut it with scissors

I just cut down the stocker on mine... had to fill the 2 big ass holes... on the right side I cut down the palte light lens and on the right I just trimed down some of the extra plastic from the tail to fill the hole.... came out clean and best of all..... FREE

i am sure those turns are not dot approved but in most states hand signals are legal so you don't have to have any
