Front muffler strap Question.

I have bought a front muffler strap for my XB12X and I can't fit it as there seems to be another bit missing.

I can see a hole for a bolt to go through, but no where for the strap to attach.

Is there another bit that should be in there some where?[confused]

Depending on what you do have there may be several bits missing. There is a bracket that mounts to the engine cases on two bushings via a bolt and nut. The strap fits through this bracket that has a curved lower surface to fit to the shape of the muffler.
The bracket is part # S0135.02A8A
The bushings (2) are # S0136.02A8
The bolt is #AA0518.2CZB
The nut is #DA0500.10CZ

I have the bushings but the rest is gone.
