:( I went into the garage this afternoon ready to go riding to the beach for a little while and what do I see, a completely FLAT rear tire. The tires are only a month old. I checked them for nails,etc... No visible damage. Guess I need to tow it to the shop.. But the weather is so nice here in Florida, FINALLY! and I have a FLAT tire :(

doesn't take them that long to fit a tire, does it? [confused]

don't you guys have specialized tire shops?

you don't have to go to a dealer is you can change the tire elsewhere for a better price.

I go to an independent service shop.WAYYYY cheaper than the dealer. Bu there is no tire dealer around here that will work on bikes, just cars and trucks!

did you fill it and check it with soapy water? it might not be your tire at all!

i had a problem with the H-D dealer having a tire in stock so i ended up taking my bike to a Suzuki dealer. it was 100 bones cheaper than H-D and the service guys at the suzuki shop were really into my bike..

also some CycleGear store will mount and balance your tire if you bring the rim in. they wont take it off the bike for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will take a pump tomorrow and some soapy water and see if its anything else like the valve stem,etc....

I got the lightning back today, come to find out the valve stem failed on me. Cost me 13 bucks and now I am back on the road.
