I got some new 12v LED turn signals for the bike and after I hooked them up I noticed that they are flashing REALLY fast. I'm guessing this is some kinda over voltage situation. What are people doing to fix this?

LED's do not provide enough of a load to cause a flasher unit to pulse at the proper rate.

You will have to put a resistor in the circuit to fix this problem. Most auto parts stores carry these resistor kits.

There are many write ups on this thru-out most any forum you go to.

I think its called an EP-47 or something like that. I'm sure someone will chime in thats more knowledgeable than I am on the subject.

Buy LED Indicator Flasher (http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-prodshow/16086.html) and install it and you good to go.

Get an EP-36 at your local Auto parts store. Simple and works just as good.

Magic- so does that indicator flasher thing have to be plugged in somewhere or soldered in?

It gets plugged in behind the headlights. unplug the old one and install the new one. I had to use a zip tie to hold it into place though.

I am wondering, will a LED flasher unit work correctly (produce the normal blink rate) if LED signals are used along with normal incandescent bulb signals? (LEDs in the back and the stock bulb signals up front)

Dmiriz, yes. It will work correctly.

I bought mine for $0.99 works just fine =)
