Someone out there must have one along with the brackets. I picked one up on ebay two years back and it is great. But now I have another bike and can't find one anywhere. I've been watching ebay for the past year with no luck. Anyone have one they might like to sell?

go to newcastle harley's website for parts online. Look up the part number and you can get a brand new one
