There are no oversize parts for this motor. Its either brand new parts or someone may be able to do a resleeve. But there are no oversize pistons/rings/bearings or anything like that. I'm pretty sure most of the new parts have been discontinued through Harley, but some MAY be available through VPI (order at your Harley dealer).Quote:

Otherwise, any engine builder thats worth a crap can re-build the one you have, depending on why its "locked up" of course.

You could check with Dave Weaver at Full Spectrum Racing in Orlando. Before you do anything you should determine what caused the problem (e.g., oil starvation, lean condition) so it doesn't happen again. You can look at your fuel pressure using Ecmdroid since the bike has a fuel pressure sensor.
