XB9SX Idle/Take off issue

Hey everyone, I have a weird issue and I have done some research in here to try to figure it out, but I'm not seeing anything quite like my setup.

2006 XB9SX 8,000 miles Micron Exhaust with aftermarket intake filter and crank case breather mod. All done at Harley dealer including dyno and tune.

Issue is 1: which I think may be normal? Oil coming out of breather - but there is no drain catch, so nowhere else for oil to go?

Issue 2: Rough idle when taking off in 1st gear only. Kind of a pop sound from intake and wants to die have to give it seemingly excessive gas to keep it going.

For issue 1, you should install a catch can for the breather line. I would point you to ASB, but they have closed operations...
