Update, so I just pulled the plugs to check for spark and both arent doing anything.....so i go grab a sparke coil and wires......still nothing........is there something I forgot to plug up that...

Turns out it was 5th gear bearing had disentigrated.......

Just to finish off this thread.....it was the Cam angle sensor. located on the right side underneith the "Buell" cover.

Another thing I just thought of.....when the engine is turning over, I've tried to give it some gas and the engine seems to slow down or stall when i give a little throttle. Not sure if that matters...

if you take off the lower connections for the oil lines everything should drain out pretty easily...

Yes, to the coil. Injectors, 90% sure but one felt like it could have went on crooked. Starter is fine(engine turns over). and yes I can hear the fuel pump.
