i've read u just tighten them hand tight into the head then when tighting the nuts and flange down it will tighten itself into the head to what it needs to be?! also do u put anything on the threads?...

well just started tear'n apart everything. go to take muffler off... the bracket that's bolted to the engine that holds the front of the muffler on... isn't bolted there anymore. the bolt COMPLETELY...

Bought and installed race ecm this weekend... install it and turn key on, then engine light comes on then goes off like normal wait 5 more seconds and light comes back on again. go to start the bike...

read the code off the race ecm says EEPROM Failure... did they forget to send the vaseline with when they sent my Race ECM!? hooked up old ecm did a tps reset and she runs perfect. and now no engine...

u can adjust ur idle when the bike not running?

just installed race kit on my 03 xb9s... got ecmspy hooked up right now. reset tps adjust screw to 5% got to start bike idles at 900 keep turning idle screw in and won't go any further... also my red...
