Just noticed my exhaust flanges that bolt to the heads are not flush up against the heads. Is this normal ? Seems to be about a 1/4 gap. Anyone else notice this?

ok thanks guys. here's what i recently done for work. new rocker boxes seals because i refinished the boxes in black powder coat. and i installed a force streetfighter exhaust gen1.

getting some blue smoke from the exhaust but only noticed at start up then goes away. anyone have ideas on the cause of this and a solution?

so i just installed the streetfighter exhaust on my m2. any ideas on how to quiet it a little or to pass inspection?

negative you are correct. i had to swap coils from an 01 m2 cyclone. works perfectly now.

on the m2 cyclone is there a sending unit or sensor on the motor to pick up the tachometer?

FIXED! i had to jack up the rear end of the shock and the mount and hanger bracket lined rite up

refinished the muffler hanger now i can't align it with the shock mount hole? how do i compress the shock to align the shock mount and the hanger?

looked the procedure up on youtube. wow how simple. fixed!!

my m2 has a loose clutch handle and im thinking its a little slack from the clutch cable. how do i tighten and take up the slack probably about a half inch to one inch worth of slack.

FIXED! applied a thin coating of vaseline to the rubber gasket inside the tank hole and the cap turned and went in slick as sh**!!

Had tank repaired on cyclone put the filler gasket and bezel back on and my new cap won't turn inside the gasket

Can I remove both axle nuts without having to do anything on a m2 99?

haha. hell no. fixed! petcock was on reserve with no gas in tank and idle was super low

just install a new jet sigma jet kit in my carb now while im riding and coming to a stop the engine stalls out. i have to choke it in order to restart. help!
