haha i work at a dodge dealership...srt-4 owners get all kinds of pissy with you if you call it a neon..."ITS NOT A NEON DUDE"..."ok but you still have a PT cruiser engine"
quick question tho...it wouldnt have had anything to do with me changing my handlebars out to crossroads would it?
i thought about it, but being 180 miles from home i figured i would also be replacing the internals...it all worked out i had a friend with a 3500 dodge that we stuck it in
So I rode down to ocean city this weekend for a mini vacation...started to head home about 2 hrs ago and as I pull up to a redlight my clutch lever looses all its tension, I manage to get my bike to...
keep us posted on what you find...ive had the same exact noise for over a year now and havnt been able to find the cause
...bc thats seems like the kind of thing i wanna help troubleshoot, tell ya what come find me when they have all the kinks worked out :)
changing your plugs is pretty easy... check out the DIY videos in the right hand column there should be one in there on it
i did the warriordash last year...and was supossed to today actually, but sadly i couldnt make it...and now im sitting at work instead
i have the field armor vest also, even went down in it...like you said limited protection (arms had road rash) but my back was safe :D

a cop pulled up next to me in baltimore one time and told me i needed a second mirror (only have a left side)...but other than that no problems
yeah its just an x for cityx....tank protector

bump
I'm sure you could use an Epoxy to fix it...its not a big piece at all so im sure it would be hard to make even its just for looks
personally i would go with the 0 degree...i got them and change your position alot...i feel like 7's would be too much on the lightning, but not my bike
One of the mounting screw holes broke off from wear and tear and its got some scratches and fuel stains on it from the previous owner but is still completly workable..I road around with it for a year...
Youll like em...i just put mine on two weeks ago...super easy (only took a few hrs)..looks great...and handles better than stock in my opinion, drop the $270 and get them trust me ...
id be down to meet up as long as my sched works out that weekend...im about three hrs out of DMV towards Baltimore but ive made the trip plenty before
i didnt think so but the intructions said so so i figured i asked before going through the trouble
Installing my new crossroads bars and the instructions say to raise the bike up because you need to drop the forks...is this necessary? it looks to me like you can just install them with the bike on...
ive had that noise also, seems to increase and decrease along with the RPMs?, tried a couple different things but have never really found the source
I wish i could get off work for it...the lineup sounds amazing
what did you guys do about the delay at start up..isnt it bad to have the ballast turn on and off like that without being warm?
