That man needs no introduction.
The smartest guy on the forum tells you its the pump, and you've done your best to avoid that at all costs.
Could it be something in the tuning in the ECM? SURE! Most people think the f*cking...
I dont know if I should be impressed or scared.
It’s a long shot. No one converts Lightning tails to Firebolt. The Lightning components are very hard to find and very expensive… and people know that.
I found a set of silver seat rails and rear...
The pushrods are slightly different sizes. Unless you use a large caliper or compare sizes closely you will not notice the difference.
There is also paint markings on the pushrods to indicate...
None of us were shocked or surprised.
According to the website, there is a 2021 Buell 1190sx available, so what are you waiting for?
They bought the name almost a year ago, and the Buell stickers that go over the EBR lettering has...
A star that is twice as bright burns half as long.
Plus the two motors don’t interchange, so the point is moot.
The reality with the front isolators is HD isnt doing anymore. They sold off the last of those to VPI who has 44 left.
Typical of the Buell community, most will not be insightful enough to...
Did you use the James blue gaskets with the lip? Did you use Hylomar sealant? Is the manifold really centered between the two flanges when you tighten down the flanges?
Have you checked the OD of...

Why not just order a new one? They're $10. Most people pull them out and toss them, even Buell did on their Race kits.
Be aware that this cover is a net/mesh like material. Not that its bad, but the pics make it look like a solid material. If you look at the pics on the ad with the numbers, you can see how it really...
Is the needle lifting / diaphragm working? Is the float level correct? The Blast does not use an accelerator pump, so all circuits need to be at 100%. If it is running lean and you have to spray fuel...
Have you tried variations of the clutch adjustment?
You may have a tolerence stacking issue that requires a *slightly* different adjustment than what the book calls out. The book does call out a...
Those are some mighty fine bikes. I always wanted one of those RD's growing up, but the parents wouldnt allow it.
That XR1200 is a fine example that looks very well cared for. You should be proud....
Energy One is a solid choice. You will need a tool to remove the clutch pack or you can try to mickey mouse something with some hardware store bits. Be sure to follow the instructions on fluid...
Did you try to loosen the primary adjustment after the bike became difficult to find neutral? A couple of turns will suffice and will indicate whether the issue is due to the chain being too tight.
It looks like the Skyline seats are still available from HD and/or VPI. These are a lot more comfortable than the low seat.

Have you tried adjusting the primary chain when the bike is warm/hot? Or warm the bike up, and when you realize its not shifting to neutral, shut the bike down, and loosen the primary chain adjuster...
You either need to purchase a new kickstand mount, or drill out the threaded section.
...
fyi. Those are x1 swingarm parts being used in that conversion. Not sure if its still available any more from revolution.
Miss me? Who is this loser? ^^^
How much shavings? A little is acceptible, but a lot is a obviously a problem. If the chain is rubbing on the cases, which are aluminum, that won't be attracted to the magnets. The friction material...
Son, you have to start somewhere. While these seem like hair-brained, half-assed attempts, they are another baby step into pushing progress forward into the inevitable future. Even failures will be...
