Front isolators are the new toilet paper.
The isolator just became discontinued recently, so any alternatives have probably seen few purchasers, and the aftermarket ones only have a few months on them.
This part is most likely discontinued from Harley and no more are being produced.
I think Twin motorcycles is offering a reproduction part.

He is a bully and absconded with this technology and we haven’t seen it...
Twin has them also. For some small parts, they have been shipping via DHL which is pretty quick, considering its coming from The Netherlands. Martin over there is extremely helpful as well.
