The EIGHTH Buell/EBR meet in Little Switzerland is happening next month. The dates are Friday July 27 through Sunday July 29. The central location for the meet is once again the Skyline Village Inn...
^ Why do so many Buell sellers seem to be compelled to put "Harley Davidson" in their descriptions? It turns most Buell enthusiast's stomachs and most Harley riders want nothing to do with Buells.

If I wasn't shopping for an SX, I'd be on it. It's only about 50 miles from me.
CHEAP tuber- $700 for a somewhat abused 98 M2. Looks like it could be restored to stock without too much effort. Located in Florence, SC.

Sorry you can't make it. Go ahead and mark your calendar for next year- the last weekend in July.
Just in case you guys didn't notice the thread below, there's a Buell meet fairly close by in Little Switzerland, NC next month:...
Room rates vary by room (number of beds, balcony or not, etc.). I'm not sure of the exact amount, but I think he knocks $5 or $10 off the normal room rate.
We have it the last full weekend in July every year, so mark your calendar.
I think it would cost you several hundred bucks to ship your bike each way. You can always try "uShip" and get bids and see what kind of proposals you get. You might get a cheap bid from someone...
Come on down!

I understand the OEM front isolators have been on back order forever, but should be available shortly, apparently from a new vendor. HD likely won't continue to...

Nice guitar work by Erik as usual!

Yea, I noticed that's what it says, but I think somebody just got lazy and cut and pasted specs. They dropped the whole bike 2 inches.
No kidding. I figure I'll keep my Uly indefinitely. And whatever EBR I wind up with can be modified as required just like people have done for years with tubers and XB's if I find the seat height...
I test rode an XB12Scg when Buell still had the demo truck, and I kind of had the same impression. The ride was noticeably harsher than an XB12S.
That said, I demo'ed an 1190SX a couple of years...
