Darn. I had the most reliable XB9S for 7 years now. Not a single problem (except drive belts). Now all of a sudden the ECM pops after a 15 min ride ? What gives ?

FYI the Ford Pony pump at a Canadian Dealer is $618 Can bucks. Crazy.

I've got a like new BUELL gel seat for my XB9S that I used for one trip and never again. (prefer the fit of the OE for my little ass) It has no marks nor any damage.

After many adjustments as per BUELL shop manual, fluid changes, lever, and cable. I spoke with a competant HD mech...he thinks my metal clutch plates are warped. What d'you guys think ?

thanks jimijeans and other Buellerz. My primary chain was a little beyond manual specs. But the real culprit was the clutch adjustment. Seems solid now.
