Are your Buell XB old?
From 2005 or 2006 Buell changed to a ramp making clutch smoother. I got one and just remember, this ramping mechanism will not work with extra clutch plate kit.

I wouldn't do it. The rims will have oil smear/stains and road crap, discolorations... (since the color option is so bright.)

If i were you, i should see to it to fix some mesh grilles at the insides of the tank dummy (covering the holes). Road debris etc can get in there. Get rid of the ugly belt covers. I have done great...
Don't buy that kit, it has been reported to leak oil. Try look at twin motorcycles. They have developed a hydraulic clutch for XB only. This is due to the others are failing to work in the long run.
