thats how mine is ran although I've always said it doesn't seem like the right way to run it
my thing is here that if it ran fine before and you didn't adjust the fuel map then i don't see the fuel map being the issue.
i wonder if the fuel pump or the injectors are sticking open and just...

i think its all personal preferences I've tied many bikes down including motorcycles and dirt bikes with just 2 front fork straps in the back of trucks and on trailers and never had a problem but hey...
i just throw a strap around the handle bars on both side of my lightning and kind of compress the front shocks down a bit and ratchet till its tight. the straps on the rear of the bike are kind of...
your using 10w-40 in it and I've always read to use the same engine oil in the primary and i use amsoil 20w-50 in my engine so can this be used for the primary oil too
yeah the rocker box gaskets changed in 07 so make sure you get the right ones.
i was going with the idle air control valve. it sometimes i know in the automotive world can a lot of times be the culprit to a rough idle after plugs have been swapped. also might wanna clean your...
i have dual 35w 6000k in my lightning and i run them both on and ill say its over kill as it blinds people badly that are in oncoming traffic.
don't these 08 and newer bikes have a IAC valve on them, could possibly be a issue with that sense you did plugs and it started.
my first guess would be TPS but seems as if you have already...
I've been around the big tractor pulls but never seen these smaller ones before, pretty sweet though!
i just had my headers on my xb ceramic coated black and it cost me 120 bucks and it'll last.
i have the harbor freight stand also and it works amazing, but i can't find the adapter for the front so if you could link to that i would appreciate it.
harley figured it out pretty quickly it was the TPS was bad i guess, they said they swapped it with another bike they had and it ran fine so they have one on order for me to put on.
yeah it won't start or anything as of today and it seems like a spark issue or something because if i try and start it it just cranks and cranks but if i give it a little gas it will kind of sputter...
So today it wouldn't start or anything so I'm just gonna take it in to Harley and pay the crazy prices and have it fixed I guess
my neutral light seems to be working when it wants at times but i think its a connection issue but its a pain to get to anyways.
Yeah I was messing with it again and it seems to be running much better now. I haven't taken it out for a ride yet as it's been cold again but I started it again and let it idle till warm and went...
Did TPS resets and on a cold start up it's horrible so I kept messing with it and switched between a race and stock EEPROM and nothing. It was almost like it was running on 1 cylinder because I rode...
So i did the rocker box gaskets and intake gaskets on my bike and did new plugs and wires and today i was gonna ride it and it just is running like complete ****.
it has a jar dine exhaust on it and...
i would replace that throttle cable before you ride it as it looks as if its on its last leg.
also while your in there doing that might wanna see if you can figure out where the oil is all coming...
